Strength:

   Max Snatch


Conditioning:

   2 rounds of:
     800 meter run
     30 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (115# for men/ 75# for women)
     50 Box Jumps


   Intermediate:
       (75#/ 55#)
   

   Beginner:
   2 rounds of:
     400m run
     15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (45#/ 35#)
     25 Box Jumps
