A) Snatch - Heavy Single

B) Every Minute, On The Minute, for 10 minutes:
          20 Double Unders
          1 Snatch - Attempt to increase the weight every set

C) 21 Strict Handstand Pushups
     Rest 1 minute
     21 Kipping Handstand Pushups

D) Row for 10 minutes
