   50 one-legged squats, alternating
   25 Hang Cleans (225#/ 135#)

   Intermediate:
      Use Assistance for Squats
      Hang Cleans (185#/ 115#)

   Beginner:
      Use Assistance for Squats
      Hang Cleans (135#/ 95#)
