Strength:

   OFF


Conditioning:

   Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
     100 Double Under buy in then;
       5 Power Snatch (135# for men/ 95# for women)
       10 Pull up


   Intermediate:
   Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
     50 Double Under or Tuck Jump buy in then;
       5 Power Snatch (95#/ 65#)
       10 Pull up or Jumping Pull up


   Beginner:
   Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
     25 Double Under or Tuck Jump buy in then;
       5 Power Snatch (65#/ 45#)
       10 Pull up or Jumping Pull up
