Conditioning:

   3 rounds of:
     10 Overhead Squats (135# for men/ 95# for women)
     50 Double Unders


   Intermediate:
   3 rounds of:
     10 Overhead Squats (95#/ 65#)
     25 Double Unders or Tuck Jumps


   Beginner:
   3 rounds of:
     10 Overhead Squats (45#/ 35#)
     25 Double Unders or Tuck Jumps
