OLY

1. Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean - 7-10 sets - rest 60s - AHAP

Strength

1. 5 x 5 Back Squat @5RM. This should be HEAVY. Same weight across the board. Rest 5-8 minutes between sets.

2. Pendlay Row 5 x 5 - rest 60s between sets

Conditioning 

5 rounds of :

200m row
20 burpees
3 rope climbs

rest 2 minutes between rounds
