WOD Wednesday 5/2/12

Strength:

   Push Press 5 x 5


Conditioning:

   3 Rounds of:
       Every 3 minutes perform:
          21 Deadlifts (225#/ 155#)
          21 Handstand Pushups

   Intermediate: Every 4 minutes

   Beginner: Every 5 minutes
