A) 3 rounds of:
          5 Muscle ups
          10 Handstand Pushups
          15 Burpee Box Jumps
          2 Minute Rest

B) Every Minute, On The Minute, for 10 minutes: Perform a Heavy Snatch
          *Attempt to increase the weight every set

C) 3 rounds of:
          20 Pull ups
          15 Shoulder to Overhead (135#/ 95#)
          3 Minute Rest
