Strength:

   Clean and Jerk 5 x 3, 45 seconds rest in between sets (70% of max)


Conditioning:

   4 rounds of:
       2 min AMRAP of:
          40 Overhead Squat (65#/ 45#)
          60 Double Unders
       2 min Rest


Extra:

   3 rounds of:
       Max rep pull ups
       60 seconds rest

  1. 4 rds of 2 min AMRAP is there rest in between rounds or is it an 8 Min AMRAP lol
