Weekend WOD

It's that time of the year again...

CrossFit Games Open 12.1

   Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
         Burpees


Set a target 6" above your reach. Both hands must touch the target to complete a rep. Your chest and hips must touch the floor at the bottom of the movement.
