Conditioning:

30 ball slams (30# for men/ 20# for women)
25 burpee pull ups
20 Push ups


Abs: 100 situps

  1. Push Press: 95-115-135-155-160 I probably could've gone a little heavier. Conditioning: 12:46 as rx'd Abs: 3:10 Did the 100 reps unbroken but they slowed down about halfway through lol.
