Conditioning: 15:16 Muscle fatigue kicked in on the pushups and they slowed me down. Did the situps unbroken.

ReplyDelete10:50. I did the push-ups unbroken until the last set at about 35 of the 50. The sit- ups, on the other hand, were pretty brutal. The sit-ups, like my abs, were definitely not unbroken.
