   10 Sit ups
   50 Pushups


   Intermediate:
   40 Sit ups
   10 Pushups
   30 Sit ups
   20 Pushups
   20 Sit ups
   30 Pushups
   10 Sit ups
   40 Pushups


   Beginner:
   30 Sit ups
   10 Pushups
   20 Sit ups
   20 Pushups
   10 Sit ups
   30 Pushups

  1. Conditioning: 15:16 Muscle fatigue kicked in on the pushups and they slowed me down. Did the situps unbroken.

  2. 20:16, also did sit ups unbroken. I'm too damn big for this kind of wod lol.

  3. 10:50. I did the push-ups unbroken until the last set at about 35 of the 50. The sit- ups, on the other hand, were pretty brutal. The sit-ups, like my abs, were definitely not unbroken.
